Daddy Daughter Dance

We loved Austin!

Gordon's annual sales conference was held in Austin this year, so I decided to tag along!  We extended our trip into the weekend and were able to enjoy the "weirdness" of Austin, along with visiting with some of our family!
I had lunch with my Uncle Jesse (aka Billy to my Mom's sisters) and we had some great BBQ!  I also got to meet with Harry (the dog) and take home some treasures, gifted to me from Uncle Jesse.  The only thing missing was Aunt Doris.
Gordon and I also visited with his cousin Derek and his girlfriend Ellen.  We had a 2-hour dinner with a lot of great conversation.
We loved Austin!

John Stoddard Cancer Research Gala

Gordon and I had the opportunity to attend the John Stoddard Cancer Research Gala with guest speaker Mark Hamilton.  He was a great speaker, very inspiring!  And...while I did bid on a couple of pricey items during the Auction, I didn't win (Gordon was relieved!).  It was a great night!!

Spa Day....Yes!

The girls had their first mani pedis while I got a manicure.  They loved it!  I told them this was a special occasion, as this won't happen too often!  ;)

Over the Christmas break, the girls completed Reading BINGO cards with the help of Meme.  One of the final spots to mark was writing what they did over Christmas.  Love these girls so much!

Alexa loses her first tooth!

Alexa lost her first tooth...and she pulled it out herself!  Our little girl is growing up so quick and I love sharing these milestones with her.  We love you Lex!
