Waterpark Fun!

It's been a loooooong winter.  We are only 1 week away from April and snow is in the forecast for tomorrow.  Ugh.  To break up the long days inside while we anxiously wait for warmer weather, we decided to take a little trip to Minneapolis, where the weather is even colder.  The good news about this journey was the indoor waterpark that welcomed us! 

We all had a great time riding the slides and playing in the water.  The hotel even had an arcade where Drake won a camera worth over $100!!  Not surprisingly, the arcade was Drake's favorite part about the trip.  The girls loved the little slides into the kiddie pool, Gordon and I loved the big slides!

 

Disneyworld 2014 ~ Gordon & Amy

Most people that know our story, know that we met at Disneyworld.  This was also the place where Gordon proposed to me.  Disneyworld is truly our magical kingdom because of all the special and wonderful memories we've made together, with many more to come when we decide to bring the children with us.  :)

Gordon had his annual sales conference in Orlando this year, so we decided to have some Mommy and Daddy time and leave the kids with my Mom... here we come Disneyworld!

My Mom was kind enough to watch the girls for us while we traveled, thank you Mom!!

We brought back some Disney ears and sunglasses for them as souvenirs.  Drake received a Treasure Island poster and a cool Asian necklace from Epcot.

It's March already!!!

Where does the time go?  One day I'm cleaning up the house after a rocking New Year's Eve...then, it's March!

There have been a few noteworthy things going on in our lives these past few months, like going to Disneyworld for Gordon's annual sales conference and taking a family trip to the water parks in Minneapolis.
