Happy Birthday Drake!!

Where has the time gone? I can't believe Drake is already 6 years old!! We celebrated Drake's birthday at Nana and Papa's house (Gordon's parents) while spending the Thanksgiving holiday with them in Northern Wisconsin. We had lots of fun playing with Drake's new games and toys. He received so many great things, but the highlights were a shooting game, Uno Spin, a light sabor from Star Wars and a Transformer!

Miss Alexa Lynn

My little baby is growing up too fast! She is already 16 weeks old and is developing her own little personality. She has long eyelashes, like that of a doll, and loves to smile! Her eye color is still undetermined, but I think they will be blue. Here are of few photos of Miss Alexa Lynn!

Kirsten's 2nd Birthday!

Enjoy the slide show of Kirsten's 2nd birthday! We celebrated at our home and entertained 21 adults and 18 children, needless to say, it was an exciting afternoon. Most importantly our little princess, Kirsten had a ball!

Thank you Meme!

It has only been one week since my Mom has gone back home to Las Vegas and we all miss her so much!

Gordon and I feel so blessed that my Mom was able to stay with us for 5 weeks, helping with the kids when I went back to work.

"Meme" watched Alexa exclusively while Kirsten went to daycare. We were fortunate to have her help with this arrangement when Kirsten was born and we were ecstatic she agreed to do it again with Alexa.

Kirsten and Meme had some special bonding time, reading stories, going through her flash cards, and playing with her toys. Kirsten also learned a few new vocabulary words from Meme, like "coffee" and "gum" :)

We miss you Meme!!

Halloween 2011

This Halloween we were able to take the kids to multiple places for treats and showing off their costumes! Kirsten and Alexa were Kitty Cats and Drake was the Incredible Hulk. The first stop was a party at our church, where Kirsten picked out a pumpkin and shared treats with Daddy. Next, we took the family to "Night Eyes" which is a trick or treating festival held at the Zoo. Then we had a pre-Beggars Night get together with ours neighbors, topped off with trick or treating around the neighborhood. This was Kirsten's first "official" year to go around in her costume collecting candy... she LOVED it! She was very polite, always thanking everyone for each piece of candy and SO appreciative if they gave her extras!
