Gordon was traveling every week for work during the month of January. To my surprise, flowers were awaiting me when I got home on Thursday night. Gordon went out of his way to buy and arrange these beautiful flowers for me. How thoughtful!!

100th day of school
Kirsten celebrated her 100th day of school on Thursday, January 28th. Some of the festivities included dressing up like a grandma or grandpa, bringing in 100 items from home (we choose toothpicks!), and writing what you'd buy with $100 dollars.
Dressing up like a grandma was fun and Kirsten chose a dress that used to below to her Aunt Megan. While its not 100 years old, it is about 30! She said she felt like a Queen wearing it :)
What would you buy with $100? Apparently, our 6 year old would buy as many pizzas and babies as she could!! I did clarify with Kirsten, she meant baby dolls...not real babies!! ha!

Check out these little beauties!
Happy New Year 2016!!
We celebrated another Guthrie Family New Year's Eve party, but this time we were able to enjoy the fun night with my Mom and cousin Lee. Then we were able to spend New Year's Day with my Aunt Betty and Uncle Rich (Lee's parents and my Mom's sister). Check out this rockin' good time!
